I love to stock up on shoes because it's such a huge saving. Let's get started on my top 5 best sellers this season.

I've been eyeing leopard print tennis shoes for years and every year they sell out. I'm lucky I got my hands on these. I love that the leopard print is super subtle. I totally recommend them because they are super versatile to wear with leggings, jeans, dresses, and very comfortable.

3. Cedar Chain Booties-These booties were love at first sight. As soon as I put them on, they fit like a glove. I sized down half a size. The chain detail is so chic. It brings such an edgy look. I can't wait to wear them now and all year long.

4. Afelia Knee High Boot Vince Camuto -These boots are definitely trending this season. The square toe and western style is going to be everywhere this fall. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying them because the calf area is too big. If you have a bigger calf, I totally recommend these. I've been wanting a pair of western boots and these definitely fit the bill. They also come in several colors. They run small, I sized up a half of size.

5. Vince Camuto  Ankle Boots -These boots are the perfect neutral and will be versatile all season long. They are very similar to the pair last year, but I actually love this pair even more because the cut/slit on the side is higher which creates a sleeker look. It does run small, I recommend sizing up half a size.

Original Price: $150

Summer at San Diego Mission Bay Resort

Pool side at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort

Happy July! I can't believe it's already halfway through the year! This year has definitely flown by. I wanted to share an amazing resort that we stayed at during our summer vacation in San Diego. It's the perfect getaway from Arizona and feels like paradise away from home. It totally gives me Hawaii vibes. With an abundance of on-site activities, San Diego Mission Bay Resort is the definitely the ultimate vacation destination. I'm sharing my top three favorite reasons why I love this resort.
Love that you can walk to the bay from our room.

Location-San Diego Mission Bay Resort is the perfect place to stay because of it's location. It is on the bay and has gorgeous views and right next to Fiesta Island. (Fun Fact: I grew up in San Diego and learned how to drive with my dad at Fiesta island when I turned 16. This place definitely has a sentimental value to me.) It is also five minutes from Sea World and Belmont Park which are wonderful attractions to check out if you are in San Diego. There are so many activities on the resort, we didn't even have time to go to those attractions at this visit.

Pool/Kid Friendly-Speaking of on-site activities, the pool was AMAZING! I love that the pool has something for everyone. They also have a wading pool for younger kids. We spent most of our vacation time at the pool. I was memorized by the view of the bay and the fish tacos are DELICIOUS! I definitely recommend them and the guacamole. The kids also loved playing with the life-sized chess and checkers. It's also the perfect place for s'mores and bonfire!

The daybeds are the perfect way to relax by the pool especially with kids.

The boys spent all the day at the pool.

This picture says it all.

Upgraded Rooms/Gorgeous Views-One of my favorite things about the resort are the upgraded rooms. I love the modern feel and wood floors which made it feel more cozy than a hotel feel.  We stayed in a studio guest suite with the bay view and I totally recommend this room. I loved that our room had the additional seating area and microwave. Not only was it a spacious room, but my absolute favorite was the balcony and gorgeous bay view. It was so relaxing to wake up to every morning. We also saw the fireworks from Sea World from our room.

Love the wood floors and modern touches.

This gorgeous view is our balcony.

The queen size beds were super comfy and chic.

The boys had a blast playing with the life size chess game. It was the located right outside our room.

Overall, I definitely recommend staying at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort. Click here to book your next stay at the resort and learn more about the amenities they have to offer. We can't wait to come back!

Have a great day and hope you guys have the best 4th of July weekend! This is the perfect place to stay for the 4th of July!

Thank you San Diego Mission Bay for hosting my family and I. All opinions are my own.

Spring Break at Hilton San Diego Bay Front

Happy Tuesday! I hope you are enjoying your Tuesday. Are you looking for the perfect place to go for spring break or summer? Look no further, I found the perfect place. My family and I took a road trip to San Diego for spring break and stayed at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront . We have stayed here before and keep coming back because of all the amenities. We stayed here last October for fall break and love it so much we knew we had to come back for spring break. You can read about October break on this post. Here are my top 3 reasons for staying at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

#1 The Location

The views and location at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront are the best. It's about 10 minutes from San Diego International Airport and a 5 hour car ride from Phoenix, Arizona. It is also in the heart of San Diego. It's walkable to Seaport Village, San Diego Downtown Gaslamp, & Petco Park. We love that it is also a ten minute drive to the beautiful Coronado Island. There is so much to do on property that we just enjoyed the amenities at the hotel. I recommend going for a morning walk along the promenade and walking out to Sea Port Village. It's so walkable and the kids can bring their scooters.

#2 Pool

The pool is my favorite part of the hotel. The views of the pool are amazing and we love that the pool is heated. My kids love going on the slide and there is a kiddy splash area for younger kids as well. We also loved the food by the pool. I recommend getting the carne asada tacos. They are my absolute favorite!

#3 The Views

You cannot beat the views of this hotel. Not only do you get the skyline view but also the views of Coronado bay. I recommend booking the higher floors to get a specular view. We were on the highest floor and it is absolutely break taking. The pictures do not do it's justice. It's beautiful during the day as well as at night. We left the drapes open the entire time. It's one of my absolute favorite things about the hotel. It is also spacious. We got a double queen bed and it was perfect for the kids and I.

If you are looking for a fun place to be, amazing food, great pool and friendly service, I totally recommend Hilton San Diego Bayfront. You can book this hotel by using the link here.

Thank you so much Hilton San Diego Bayfront  for hosting my family. All opinions are my own.

Spring Break at Hilton La Jolla

Happy Good Friday! I cannot believe we are already in the month of April of 2021. It’s been such a challenging year with COVID, work, and online school. I was working extremely hard and needed a vacation. Spring break was the perfect excuse to take a road trip to San Diego. Every mom should take a little moment to relax and recharge, even if it involves time with the entire family. The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines was the perfect spot that met all our needs.  We decided to take a road trip to San Diego to escape to the coast. It is such an easy drive from Arizona. Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines  is the ideal costal getaway for families and moms to relax, rejuvenate and have fun. Here are three reasons why I loved staying at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines

#1 Ocean View/Proximity to Beaches in La Jolla

One of my favorite part of staying at the hotel is waking up to the ocean view & renowned Torrey Pines golf course in our balcony. The wrap around balcony is amazing and so spacious. The kids loved hanging out there and it’s the perfect place to grab a book or take a nap in. I’m definitely reminiscing about this view right now and can’t wait to go back this summer.  I loved that we could hike from the hotel to the beach. The kids and I enjoyed the hike. The view is breathtaking, and the hike is less than 2 miles away from the hotel. It’s such a kid-friendly hike. I totally recommend hiking from the hotel.

#2 Beautiful Grounds/Golf Course

Did you know that the Hilton La Jolla is on one of the most famous golf courses? Torrey Pines golf course is the home of the PGA & San Diego Open. People travel all over the world to watch famous golfers golf this course.  Not only is the golf course amazing, but I am astounded by the luscious  ground at the hotel. It definitely a nostalgic feeling of the secret garden with the beautiful flowers, palm and trees. These pictures don't even do it's justice. It's absolutely breathtaking.

#3 Swimming Pool/Kid Friendly

One of my favorite part of the hotel is the swimming pool very kid friendly. I love that the room is spacious and the wrap around balcony is amazing. My kids loved the swimming pool. Although it was a bit chilly, the kids jumped right in since the pool was heated. We had such a great time at the hotel. I recommend staying here for spring break and summer. We were also impressed with the friendless of staff on property.

We cannot wait to come back this summer. If you are looking for the perfect road trip getaway that is kid friendly and beautiful ocean views. I highly recommend staying at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines
