Happy October 1st! Can you believe it's already October? It definitely still feels like summer here in San Diego. We have been experiencing an extreme heat wave so it's hard to wrap my head around that fall is already here. I wanted to share this gorgeous and sought out suede jacket from Blank NYC that I picked up at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. This jacket sells out every time I post it on my Instagram because it is literally that good! I love the beautiful burgundy color which reminds me of fall. It comes in three gorgeous colors and I seriously want all 3 of them. I'm wearing an XS and it fits me perfectly. Because it is such a heavy weight jacket I don't plan on wearing bulky sweaters or cardigans underneath it. It's the perfect jacket to layer over dresses and jeans.
For a casual date night look, I pair the jacket with my favorite Lush tee that I own in practically every color as seen in this post. I love that you can wear a simple tee and the suede jacket instantly pulls the look together. I also love pairing it with a dress for a casual weekend look for brunch.
