The Comfiest Striped Tee (#Nsale)

I wanted to share this outfit that I wore last week when I was on vacation with my family in Scottsdale, Arizona. We checked in at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess which is such an amazing resort. We stayed in a beautiful casita and the views of the desert were beyond amazing. I love that there were Saguaro cacti everywhere. We had such a good time relaxing and catching up with our friends. It was definitely hot there, but I was able to keep cool and chic in this olive long sleeve striped tee by BP that also comes in white.

Since I tan very easily, and the first thing that gets super tan are my arms, I wanted something long sleeve that was comfortable in 100 degrees heat. This top definitely fit the bill. I love that it is a tunic length so that you can wear it with leggings or jeans in the fall. It is also a great layering piece to layer under my favorite anorak jacket that comes in black and olive green that is linked here and part of the Nordstrom sale. It runs big and I'm wearing an XXS so I would definitely size down if you want more of a fitted look. For a summer look, I wore it with my favorite denim shorts by Paige which are similar here & here & here I also paired with my favorite fedora hat by Billabong which is similar here. For a pop of print and texture, I added my favorite leopard print bag by Vince Camuto which literally goes with everything. Leopard is definitely the new neutral and a great look for fall. I also paired it with my favorite Quay sunglasses that are my newest obsession. If you have a flatter nose, these sunglasses will be your best friend. I love that they stay in place and the marble design is super fun and unique. My favorite part of this outfit is the neutral Browyn Booties from Gray Monroe that are so chic and fun to wear for summer and into fall. The best part of the shoes is that it is only $40 which is such a steal and looks way more expensive than the price tag. The open toe perforated details are amazing and the color is the perfect neutral to go with any look. I can't wait to wear these booties with dresses & jeans. They are definitely a great transition item to have as the seasons begin to change from summer to fall. I am very fortunate that the weather is nice all year round here in San Diego.
