Happy Friday Everyone! I'm so excited that the weekend is finally here, I probably say this every week but it's so much more exciting with meals are already prepped and dinner is ready to go. Without further a due here are the four meals I tried: Cod Romesco, Jerk Chicken, Shrimp Fajita, & Denver Omelette.

I will start with my favorite which is the Cod Romesco. I was amazed at how much flavor and taste this meal had. I'm not a fan of cauliflower, but the cauliflower was so tasty that it was amazing. The Cod was also seasoned very well and very tasty and delicious. I love that this meal had everything I wanted a protein and vegetable. I'm also not a fan of vegetables, but they were so tasty. I ate every single piece. If you follow me on Snapchat, you saw the aftermath of that meal. :)

My husband's favorite was the Jerk Chicken because of the spiciness and the mango salsa. My kids loved the flavored brown rice which I am very surprised since they never eat their vegetables when I cook it. If you like spicy food, this is definitely a winner.

The Shrimp Fajita was another one of my favorites. Since my kids and husband are not big fans of seafood. I got to indulge in this tasty meal all by myself. The corn was super flavorful and well seasoned.

I wanted to try a breakfast meal and the Denver omelette certainly did not disappoint. I had this breakfast today and definitely a great way to kick of my morning.
