Happy Saturday! I wanted to do a quick post on my top 10 favorite purchase from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale before prices goes up in 2 days. I know it hard to wrap your head around fall when it is a gazillion degrees outside, but the sale is at such a good price point that NOW is the time to stock up on fall staples. This is one of my favorite sweater and the back lattice back detail is amazing. It's runs big and I'm wearing a US 4 which fits a (0 to a 2). It's the perfect sweater to snuggle up with once the weather cools down. I'm all about comfy sweaters for fall. The best part of this sweater is that it is super soft and has the cutest bell sleeves. I missed out last year on this suede moto jacket in this neutral color and actually love this cognac color even better. It is very flattering to wear and comes in a few colors and my second choice is the gray color. It will definitely sell out tomorrow so make sure to grab it in your size if you see it. It fits true to size and very flattering on. I love that you can wear it with jeans or dresses. It's such a chic look and I can't wait to rock it for fall. I'm wearing an XS for reference and it fits perfectly.

Everyone needs a good plaid button down and this one is one of my favorites. It comes in so many colors and I also grabbed the red plaid one. Plaid is always a great staple for fall and this one is not too boxy and I love that you can wear it now in the summer and transition it for fall. I love wearing plaid tops around my waist with shorts. I also love that you can wear it unbutton under a lace cami for a more feminine look paired with your favorite booties for fall. The possibilities are endless and it's such a great piece to dress up or down. It runs a bit oversized. I'm wearing an XS for reference.

5. BURGUNDY FRAYED HEM SKINNY ANKLE JEANS
Nothing says fall like a good pair of burgundy colored jeans. These jeans are one of my favorite purchases and the the price point is such a great deal. It comes in 3 other colors and also comes in petite sizing. I'm wearing the regular size in a 25 and they fit true to size. I can't wait to wear them with my over the knee boots which are also part of the sale. I paired this look with this super warm and cozy sweater which is also part of the Nsale and only $35.

6. TOPSHOP STRIPE COLORBLOCK CARDIGAN
This color block cardigan is my favorite from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It sold out immediately after the first day of the sale and I've been waiting for it to restocked to share it with you guys. It's such a great cardigan to wear with jeans or a dress. I can't wait to wear it for fall. It fits true to size and I'm wearing an XS. Make sure to put this on your list as it will sell out again if they restock it tomorrow. This gorgeous ruffle bell sleeve blouse is perfect to wear now and for fall. I love that it is versatile to wear for a casual look with shorts or a pair of jeans or you can dress it up with your favorite trousers or skirt for a work look. 8. RIPPED CROP SKINNY JEANS

Every girl needs a good pair of distressed jeans and these are by far one of my favorite jeans and the best part is the price point. These jeans have the perfect rips and I love the frayed hem detailing at the bottom. They are definitely stretchy and super comfortable to wear. I've worn them way too much now and can't wait to wear them in the fall. These run true to size. Since they sold it in my normal size, I picked up a 26 and I'm glad I did for a looser fit. Definitely a must have from the sale.

10. TURNING POINT HIGH WAIST CROP LEGGINGS
These are my absolute favorite leggings from Zella. The color, style, cut an fit are absolutely amazing. It's such a great legging to wear for working out. I wore it today for my weight training class and it held up and was super comfortable. I also got so many compliments today. The blush color and mesh detail gives it such an edgy yet fun look. These leggings fit true to size and I'm wearing an XS. They fit and feel like the Lululemon ones and they are so much cuter and more affordable. I would purchase them for full price since I love them so much. Unfortunately, they are sold out right now, but keep checking back and I will let you know when they are restocked. A definite must-have item. If you see them in your size, grab it quick and don't think twice. Trust me, you will thank me later. :) I did a full roundup of my favorite active wear on this post here.
